CowBoy is a very nice dog and has integrated well into my pack of dogs and 3 indoor only cats. His last owner expected him to live loose in the yard. He became very attached to a woman and her kids but they also did not want him so quit feeding him. CowBoy is very attached to me and has a best friend here named Azrael. They are both husky mixes and both weight about 30 to 35 pounds...Cowboy will kennel when asked to with his food or with a treat. He sleeps quietly all night in the crate. Is house trained but did have to learn our schedule first. He behaved well during his first bath and toe nail cutting. Now that I know he likes to be ... (Read More)indoors, I can trust him to be off leash to go out and potty. He does not take off but follows me to where ever I am going. He loves to ride in the truck up front with his buddy, Azrael. I have been told he caught rabbits for his food so he will need to be monitored around all new small animals. Right now he lives indoors with 14 other dogs, 3 cats and a litter of 4 four week old puppies and we have not had any problems although he does not like another rescue dog that is 88 pounds so they are made to stay away from each other. CowBoy would love to be a special dog and get his very own special love and attention from someone he can trust and return his love to. If you look at the top of his head between his ears you will see he has a bit of a mohawk that is quite becoming. CowBoy is a very likable dog. He has learned that he likes to be cuddled on our laps as we watch TV. (Less)
